A Nordic-inspired house thought with soul and tranquillity. Luxurious small details combined with simplistic lines give a touch of elegance to the space.
Vivenda de Granja is a house thought of in functionality and design. Functionality is visible from its vertical structure with three floors, thus taking advantage of the reduced land area.
As the design and interior decoration process started in the early stages of construction, it allowed a more detailed and facilitated work management.
The client and his family sought our help to create a cosy and protective haven, a home that could provide peace and tranquillity at the end of each day. To achieve this, we took inspiration from the Scandinavian style.
We opted for neutral tones and contrasted them with crafted oak wood in its most natural tone. We also made the most of natural lighting with large windows in the lounge and kitchen, thus making the natural extension of the house.
The design and decoration of the open space on floor 0 were carefully thought out. Soft materials to the touch were selected, with fabrics of natural and cosy materials and simple textures to mark their presence in the decoration.
The suite, located on the ground floor, is the continuity of the ground floor environment. The simple views and fabrics with textures and geometric designs are in harmony with the simple lines of the furniture and decoration. The featured piece in the suite is the locker. This element, which imitates a set of old travel bags, shows the family's passion for travel.
The passion for travelling is also visible in the daughter's room. With the placement of a colourful world map in soft tones, we intend to demonstrate that passion and give a touch of a dream to the environment. Being a space for a young girl, the bedroom decoration stands out for its soft colours and feminine lines.
In the basement, we intended to create a space for relaxation. In line with the Scandinavian style, we created a lounge with plenty of storage and all the necessary elements to gather friends.
